Great Base Flavor
I'be been playing around with this in several danish/roll/bakeries recipes. 2-4% is a good start but it plays well with CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl too. I've tried it with various creams and/or fruits. I added Flavorah Apple Filling the other day and it came out awesome. Think of this flavor as the base. After 24 hr steep, the caramel gets soft and the bakery comes out a little. It needs sweetener.

Great Cinnamon Roll
I don't taste the caramel so much but the cinnamon is soft, rich and delicious.

Less is Better!
I mixed 1ml of this in a 16ml batch (not sure what exact percentage is). Just perfect with a little AP, EM and sweetener! My 30ml bottle will give me plenty pf batches!

Mmmmmmmmm!
This is an excellent Cinnamon Roll! This flavor is great by itself and even better with apple, pecan, or however else you like your cinnamon rolls! Definitely a must have in your collection!

Delicious!
Very impressed with this flavor. The caramel and cinnamon are not too light or too heavy. Actually, the cinnamon is just a tad too light imo, but i bump it up with a ittle Cap cinnamon danish swirl. From the smell I was afrid the caramel would be too sickeningly strong but it's not at all so don't let that throw you off. I'm mixing this at 10-12% with a little CDS, cheesecke, pie crust (the bready note is VERY light so it needs a little boost imo) and a touch of vanilla and it has been great fresh mixed. Not made any to put away to steep yet to see how steeping does as we've been happy with it fresh so can't comment on that. I highly recommend this to try if you are a fan of any bakery/dessert flavors.
