Malted Milk
1.5% 70/30 TPA malted milk Slightly creamy nuttiness- I almost get the inside of a malted milk ball (minus chocolate) but a lsmidge creamier. I almost get powdery taste but not in a bad way. This reminds me of- to put into perspective, 5 tablespoons of malt powder in 2.5 tablespoons of 2% milk.. it’s not bad. It’s got a very slightly sweet taste. I’ve never sft’d malt so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s non fatiguing on the tongue. This isn’t a glass of malted milk. Use this as an additive to your favorite milk mix, chocolate, strawberry. I get no off notes, no alcohol, no chemicals. I’d use this low. Good representation of malt for malted milk Solo-no Main-not really Background/accent.75-3% I feel any higher it could easily take over a recipe. Use this sparingly in milks, milkshakes, dairy. Custards to thicken, pudding.

very good to be in a mix 2 or 3 % works well

Malted flat milk
Useful at very low percentages to added a malted effect to milk. It can mute other flavors if you try to use it as malted milk base with high percentages.

Great Malt Flavor
It comes labeled as Malted Milk Extra but it is one in the same. TFA only makes the one flavor. @JR You hit it spot on and try a few percent of VBIC to really make it taste like a malt. Great Job BCF

Nice mixer
I made Chocolate Malt with this (2% malt flavor, 7% chocolate) and it is delicious. it really elevates the flavor and adds some maltiness.

Not sure how to describe this one
I use this one a lot in horchata mixes and milkshakes and it adds a mysterious quality that wasn't there before.
