FA - Almond @ 1.5%
Natural almond flesh that's a little sweet with no skin note. It's a little dry but no more than an almond is. The sweetness tastes a little fruity. 8.5/10

Almond
I really like this one and it does taste like almond to me. I have tried it in bakeries and an amaretto latte recipe and I am really happy with it.

Amazing Accent Flavor
I enjoy using this flavoring as an accent to an entire recipe, or simply to the cream base. This is not a great flavoring to use as a main ingredient in a mix, and is certainly way too light for a top note. You can use this for an authentic almond taste at a higher percent (1-1.5% tops), but this is best used at 0.5% to provide a slight nutty type of flavor profile that can accent so many types of recipes. This works well with dairy based creamers, ice creams, coffees, custard, bakeries, desserts, and the list goes on. I use this as an accent in a lot of recipes, and there is very few profiles that this flavorings won't work with. Definitely a must have that I would recommend to everybody.

Almond
Sweet, almost fruity smell- odd for a nut flavor but so good. Adds a thickness and depth to a mix with a delicious almond flavor. You can even taste a touch of the almond's skin. Really good with creams, other nuts, cake, and coookies. Also really good with cherry.

Great Almond for bakery flavors
Could be used for many purposes but this is the best almond I've found. Smells and tastes like the almond flavor from an almond croissant. Richer and sweeter than raw almonds. I got toasted almond first (which has it's purpose but wasn't what I was looking for), but THIS is the almond I'll be using in my dessert recipes going forward.
