This is what works
Simply the nicest Banana flavor out there. A little goes a lomg way, 1%-3% is enough to bring a mix around. As a stand alone 5%-6% is just about perfect. I ALWAYS have FA's Banana in the mixing locker. It makes my Strawberry Banana Salt Water Taffy a favorite ADV.

From a banana lover
This is my go to banana flavor. Doesn't have that candy taste. Great for giving a banana cream a little kick. Blends well with marshmallow, creams, and other fruits. Is strong, so don't over do it.

good versatile banana but kind of weak
Like the headline says, it's not too candy-like not too real tasting (yes sometimes I like fake vs real) but too easily disappears in mixes. Some say it overpowers but I don't get that. Next time will try and get something stronger.

This banana flavor is great when you want to up the banana flavor in a recipe. I wouldn't recommend using it as the sole or main banana note, although you definitely can. It's kind of in the middle of a candy banana vs a real banana. It's a good flavor to have.
