Great cheesecake
I love this cheesecake. Creamy with no off notes. What I like best is the crust inote is very light making useful for a crust less mix. 3% works well for me in a mix.

No others have the cheese part down like this one, most lean towards tangy yogurt crap or don't show up at all. This is the perfect cheesecake. Great with equal parts tpa graham cheesecake.

Nice and Creamy!
I don't use this a lot in "cheesecake" recipes, but I use it all the time in creams & custards. It goes great with some meringue and a fruit. This is one of my "must have" flavors.

One of my most used flavors!
I make alot of cheesecake mixes and I always add this to my TFA cheesecake with graham cracker for the base cheesecake. I also add it to some of my vanilla type recipes. It is rich, cheesecakey and slightly vanilla-ish...imho. I LOVE THIS ONE!
