Coconut Flavor-FA

It's a good, sweet coconut flavor. It's not perfect, but it's really good and I'm yet to find a better coconut yet.

Really good, but once you go FLV Sweet Coconut you will never go back... to ANY other flavor.

I use this in a pina colada recipe and it’s light and not overpowering. Very good addition!

It taste like a silver fox snow cone. Mine is very strong. I use about .5ml per 30ml for a RDA.

I do agree with another reviewer that this reminds me more of the coconut flavor that you taste in a nice coconut oil as opposed to the meat. However that is the flavor that I wanted. So many coconuts overtake the recipe instead of complementing it but this one does not do that. It is kind of like a nice coconut milk. If you are looking for that in your face, slightly bitter, coconut meat flavor then this is NOT the one you are after.

This flavor is a great mixer with custard and other dessert flavors. I bought it as part of the Mama J's Game Over Custard recipe, which I'm so glad was finally released to the public

I read all these great reviews and I typically give a more positive rating than things might deserve because I simply don't like to be negative but I am a little confused by this coconut because it seems no matter what percentage I use it at, I cant really taste it. when I smell it out of the bottle; it has a dry kind of coconut flavor like it is just essence of coconut and not coconut flavor. similar to the comparison of tasting the coconut flavor in coconut oil versus the flavor you get from coconut meat. Maybe it is just me. I am going to buy a sweet coconut flavor and see if I have better results. I may have just been expecting the wrong experience out of this one.

Yes, it is a really yummy coconut. The only problem I have with it is I find that even at low percentages it adds a sort of, soapy like flavor. I haven't had any trouble using INW Coconut, which is the same great flavor, just no odd aftertaste. I love so many Flavour Art flavors, in fact this is the only one I have ever been on the fence about. For those of us who taste spicy in TFA VBIC, and an aftertaste in CAP Vanilla flavors, it may not hurt to go with a different coconut.
