I gave 3 stars because the flavor is fairly accurate, but it's no sub for BP by FW. I'm literally back here again to buy that one. Save yourself the trouble and just buy that one.

Purilum makes some incredible concentrates, and despite being kind of an underdog in the flavor community they have some “sleepers”
..and this is one, you don’t want to pass up on. It offers a great accent to bakery and custard flavors (even many dairy's).

A really nice buttery cream over Pecans. A really tasty one. Good to add nuts to any recipe. A flavor I can see using many times

I almost cried when I thought I wouldn't be able to.get this anymore. I use this with Fw butter pecan. It is more a pecan flavor cream. Sort of like what fw hazelnut is, only pecan. Has a nice caramelized flavor to it. A very useful flavor with ry4s, nuts and bakeries. Don't skip this if you like nutty, creamy flavors.
