New York Cheesecake-Cap
Add your flavor of choice, maybe 2% graham cracker, and it tastes like the real thing. Very good stuff.

I find 0 info on this flavor having any BADDIES
This is by far the best cheesecake I've tried in 2 years. I'm sensitive to "custard notes that have any baddies in it" and I do not get any signs of such. After a lot of searching online, I've not found anything proving that this flavor has any DA. So if HEABOB has some info to prove otherwise , he shouldn't state so. If he does then please share the links. This is very nice as a stand alone flavor @ 10-15 %. At lower amounts 1-2% it adds something extra to other recipes. If you're adding a topping (blueberry, strawberry, tiramisu, caramel) try 5-10%.

Awesome
Best cheesecake flavoring I have had up to date, however everytime I go to order you are sold out along with other flavorings that I order on a regular basis.

This is a staple in my DIY. very rich smooth flavor, and a must have for good custard.

Good Stuff
Haven't tried as stand alone. Fantastic when mixed with blueberry or almost any fruit flavor. Cheesecake seems to be a little more versatile when trying new recipes. It can be mixed as a mild background or strong upfront flavor. Either way it's great! All it to sit at least one week after mixing!!

Good Cheesecake
You can add 10 drops to some weird tasting mixes for a "fix all" effect, and sometimes it works. Used at 5% or less with fruits mostly. But it does have the "custard notes", so beware.
