Really nice apple flavor, start low 2% usually mix with a small amount of green apple too, gives the sweet tart apple flavor that I like.

Tastes just like a fuji at 5% standalone. I mixed up an applewood tobacco with it that blew me away. It's super tasty with INW L'atakia.

Spot on apple flavor. Strong. I use at 1% to 2% in mixes. Better than two apples from TFA which I used to use. Sweet and crisp!

I have tried several different apples out there and I keep coming back to this one. This is in the Top 5 in my arsenal. If your trying to find an apple flavor and none of the others just not cutting it then try this one! And on the Bull City side great customer service and fast shipping!

With a closet full of flavors this is one of my top 5 most often used. Reminds me of a freshly picked apple that is ripe and juicy, not a baked apple taste. Excellent flavor IMO should be a staple product in every mixers lab!

This has a very good smell right out of the gate and mixes with so many different recipes and I highly recommend that you tried but remember get the large bottle because you will want it in your stock

This apple flavor is perfect. It's sweet, crisp, and almost tart. Juicy and wonderful.

This flavor is so real, you can taste the skin! The only thing missing is the crunch. I grow Fuji apples - I KNOW Fuji apples - this tastes like a Fuji apple!
