tried various ratios as well as various other ingredients, none of them came out good. they smells like stinky and sweaty feet.

It is right on the nose, tasted like a cup of green tea.
I was hoping to make a green tea ice cream but have learned I'll need "matcha" flavoring for that. Even so, my "green tea ice cream" recipe tastes just like green tea with a splash of milk, not bad at all.
