Ballsy Name, and they earned it
It's truly an amazing cream. Completely original. Full mouthfeel, like the cream stuffing inside a $30 gourmet donut or some delicious European frosting. Most valuable - it's inspirational. It's not a niche or difficult. Smelling it instantly inspires recipes. Hard stop.

Hopefully This One Stays Around
I was very disappointed when SSA Double Cream got discontinued. It was one of my favorite creams out there and it really nailed the taste of actual double cream. This new one has everything Double Cream had going for it and more. It's more dense than Double Cream with a slightly better mouth feel. It works anywhere you could want a good thick cream. Hopefully SSA doesn't discontinue this one as well.

Creme de la Creme
Nice thick mouth coating cream. Dense, saturated, no off notes, light vanilla. It’ll be useful with bakeries, to thicken up ice creams, milkshakes, fruits. Ssa definitely does creams right!
