Love it. More of a creamthen custard
This is more of a 2 layer cream then a custard. Its amazing for cake recipes . There is a smooth custard like note in the background but layered with a nice different butter cream frosting note in the foreground. Almost like the filling and topping of a cake that's nicely layered.
