The flavor is an amber color, with small white flakes suspended inside. It smells just like a chocolate pudding. It even tastes like chocolate pudding, it reminds me of the box kind where you add milk. Wouldn't it be really interesting to add this to a vanilla pudding and surprise people when it tastes like chocolate pudding?! Since the flavor is really strong, it wouldn't really change the color. Fun dessert idea. There's so many applications for this. I cant think of anything as far as to mix it with any other type of additive flavors, rather just use it as is. tastes good and strong at 3%.
