    Speculoos Cookies

Posted by MasterShake on 26th Nov 2024

I think they should have called this Speculoos Cookie, but that name wouldn't be good marketing. There's no "dough" to speak of, but I think they called it "dough" because it's a good Cookie Base flavor for building up niche cookie recipes like oatmeal raisin, cranberry apple cookies or even cookie butter. There's no notable butter & dark brown sugar (molasses flavor) but there is caramel (light brown sugar's taste) and a PINCH combination of cinnamon & nutmeg. I don't think this was intended to be chocolate chip cookie dough. If so, they failed miserably. If you know Speculoos, which most Americans Do Not, then you'll immediately recognize this scent. It's not the most accurate representation of Speculoos cookies but it's very close, and a far cry from any traditional "cookie dough" Americans or Canadians would recognize. If you don't enjoy or know Speculoos, skip this one and get Wonder Flavors cookie dough.

    Very Realistic

Posted by The King of Brooklyn on 19th Jul 2024

It tastes like the real thing. I added it to INW Yes, We Cheesecake. I was bold with the cheesecake and mixed at 6.7%. at 1.7%, the cookie dough overpowered everything. I cut it in half, and it may still be a bit too strong. This goes well with creams and ice creams.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough with no Raisins

Posted by Germ on 24th Sep 2018

This tastes just like soft oatmeal cookie dough. Pair this with nuts, dry chocolates and dry bakeries/cookies and it will shine. I usually use this at 2%
