DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
Bull City Flavors will ship to any location in the United States and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates will vary based on shipment weight, location and shipping method.
Processing Times: Orders are usually processed within one to two business days although in some circumstances could take up to three business days. Orders ship from Morrisville, North Carolina.
**Ground Only**
Some of the flavors we carry have flashpoints that require them to be shipped via ground. When products listed as (Ground Only) are added to a shopping cart, the shipping method will automatically default to ground shipping and cannot be shipped overnight. Any orders that contain these products will be shipped via ground, even if other products in the order are not subject to shipping restrictions.
Shipping Methods:
- Ground Advantage (First Class): This is the most cost effective method of shipping. In most cases you should receive your order within seven to fifteen business days.
- Priority Mail: This is a little faster than First Class and in most cases you should receive your order within three to six business days.
- Express Mail: This is the fastest possible USPS shipping method and in most cases you should receive your order within one to four business days.
FED EX SHIPMENTS:
- FedEx Ground: 1 to 7 days depending on distance to destination from Morrisville, NC
- FedEx Home Delivery: 1 to 7 days depending on distance to destination from Morrisville, NC (This option cannot be used if the package is being delivered to a business)
- FedEx 2Day: Delivery is usually 2 business days
- FedEx STANDARD OVERNIGHT: Delivery is next day under most circumstances.
RETURNS:
At Bull City Flavors we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service. If you receive a product that is damaged, please send an email to support@bullcityflavors.com, Please reference your order number with the email. You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of receipt. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any liquid products.
