Q. What are the abbreviations at the end of the flavor names?
A. The abbreviations at the end of each flavor designate the brand of the flavoring.

Q. What does Ground Only mean?
A. Ground only is a shipping designation indicating that the product will be shipped by ground and not by air.
Additional Info: We add the term "Ground Only" to package sizes for products that can only be shipped via ground transportation and cannot be sent overnight by airplane.
Q. What can your flavors be used to make?
A. All the flavorings we currently offer will work well in any water soluble application from candy to beverages. There are hundreds of applications.

Q. Why do you carry the same flavor from several different brands?
A. Each flavor we offer has its own unique profile that is aimed at helping you achieve the flavor you imagine for your creations. For example, one strawberry flavor may taste like a fresh-picked berry right off the vine, while another strawberry flavor may taste like the candied strawberry flavor you might find in a lollipop or hard candy. By offering a range of the same flavor, we hope to make getting the flavor you want much easier!

Q. Do you have a list of all the flavors you carry?
A. Our selection of flavors often changes by season and to make room for new releases.

Q. The flavor I'm looking for is out of stock. How long before it is restocked ?
A. Most items become available again in just a few weeks.
Additional Info: Please use our stock notification system found on the product page to be alerted when the out-of-stock items are available again.
Q. Which flavor is best for what I am making?
A. Taste is subjective, but we are here to help you find the right flavor or combination of flavors to take your creation to the next level.

Q. Do you sell nicotine or vape flavors?
A. No. We do not sell nicotine, tobacco products, or any products derived from tobacco.
Q. Do your flavors contain any allergens?
A. The majority of the flavors we carry do not contain allergens, but the few that do contain allergens designated as such by the FDA will have a note next to their product description.

Q. Do you have a store where I can come to shop?
A. We are an online retailer and do not have a store front, but you can use our address as your shipping address to receive a local pick-up option. Our address is:

Q. I forgot to add something to my order. Can I still add it to my order?
A. We cannot add to orders once they have been placed, but we can combine a second order for you into one shipment.
Additional Info: If you place an additional order before your first order ships and it does not contain items from the bulk selection, our shipping team will combine the orders and ship them together. We will apply a store credit to account for any difference in shipping charges that can be used on a future order. Not all shipments will receive additional credit. If the additional items push the order into the next shipping class, the additional shipping paid will be used to upgrade the shipment to the next shipping class
Q. Do you have any coupons or discounts available?
A. Yes! We have the following coupons based on order total:

Q. Do you offer samples?
A. We are happy to provide a free sample by request when we have samples available. Just add an order comment asking for one and if there are samples available, one will be added to your order

Q. Do you offer wholesale discounts?
A. Our wholesale program is open to the public. To find our best pricing on bulk items, follow the bulk category to see our current and available offerings. For orders over $10,000, contact wholesale@bullcityflavors.com to inquire about additional discounts.

Q. Why do I need to verify my payment?
A: If you receive an email asking for your payment to be verified, our payment verification systems have flagged it as potential fraud or your country’s bank does not participate in AVS verification.
Additional Info: We only ask to verify orders that require payment verification for our protection as well as yours. As an online retailer, it is our responsibility to take every step necessary to ensure that our customers and our business are protected against fraudulent orders. If you do not want to submit the required documents for payment verification, just let us know and we can cancel the order and you can reorder using PayPal.
Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?
A. Transactions are refunded at the time the request is made, if applicable. If you do not receive your refund within 72 hours, please contact your card-issuing bank for more details.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q. My order qualified for free shipping. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Free shipping orders generally take 3 to 5 business days from the date the order ships.

Q. If I select Free Shipping, what carrier will be used?
A. Free shipping methods use the most economical method of shipping.
Additional Info: Each order is unique. Package contents, weight and dimensions will be taken into consideration when free shipping is selected.
Q. Do you ship to my country?

Additional Info: It is important to understand the importing laws of your country before placing an order. You may also use a forwarding service. Packages shipped to forwarding companies are at your own risk. We do not guarantee delivery beyond the USA forwarding address. Shipments to forwarding companies are considered to be a domestic shipment, therefore, we are unable to provide international customs documentation for domestic shipments.
Q. Why haven't I received my package yet?
A. Transit times are not guaranteed and delays in transit can occur that are outside of our control.
Additional Info: We are happy to assist in investigating shipments and ask that you contact us before contacting the shipping carrier. If you start a claim, we must wait until the claim is completed between you and the carrier before a decision is made to refund or reship a package. We are not able to intervene in claims or investigations not initiated by Bull City Flavors.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders ship within 1-2 business days, depending on when we receive your order.
