International Shipments

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Bull City Flavors no longer collects duties and taxes on international shipments. The buyer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with the shipment.  Furthermore, the buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations of their destination location.
  • Bull City Flavors offers shipping to the following international locations:

Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Bhutan, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and the United Arab Emirates

  • Orders are typically processed within one business day, though in some circumstances this could take up to three business days.  Bull City Flavors does not guarantee delivery times. Orders ship from Morrisville, North Carolina, USA.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes outside of the US.
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside of the US, regardless of order size.
  • If a package is returned to Bull City Flavors, refunds may be issued for the products only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • The customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for abiding by and understanding the laws of their country.
  • Bull City Flavors will not alter or modify invoices or product labels. All items shipped must be declared.

Delayed, Damaged or Missing Shipments:  

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over it.  In the event of a problem please contact support@bullcityflavors.com, and we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Returns:

At Bull City Flavors, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service.  If you receive a product that is damaged, please send an email to support@bullcityflavors.com.  Please reference your order number with the email. You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of receipt.  We are unable to accept returns for any food products, including, but not limited to, concentrated food flavoring.  We always welcome feedback from our customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
