INW - Lemon Cake
I can only write a review with a new order, so I'm back again having made another purchase of my favorite flavor. 4 ounces. I simply NEED this flavor. There's a difference between "want" and "need". Can't go without this. Used as a standalone at both 10% and 7%, of course with a little help from 0.2% sweetener (1 drop per 15mL), the results are wonderful. I don't go less than 7%. Last couple weeks, I experimented by mixing in vanilla swirl at 1% on top of my usual 7%. What a score!! Yess!!

Absolutely Delicious
I don't know how they did it, but this is exactly what I've been looking for... for many years. Anybody complaining about this either didn't use enough or they didn't have adequate sweetener. The moment I opened the bottle, I could smell the goodness. It instantly brought a smile to my face. Be sure to make lots of batches because you're going to be enjoying this all day long. If you have the patience for a several week steep, good Lord it tastes amazing.

Ok Lemon Cake
A really nice cake flavor, kind of light on the lemon flavor but a good start for a lemon cake or cookie. I did find that it needs a chance to breath as it does have a strong scent.

Great as a cake boost
Not crazy about it on it's own but in recipes that require a boost to get the cake to come through, just add 1 drop per 10ml. I have now found it a necessity to have, if not the cake lingers too far in the background. I use it in a combination with whatever other cake I may be using to give it that boost for a great cake base.

taste like the real thing
I think I mixed mine at 2 or 3%. It smelled like lemon cake right away but I let it steep for about 5 days... Really great. I can't believe how good it is.

Oh Muh Goodness!
This is freakin delicious. How they acheived a pure buttery flavor without tasting artificial is beyond me. This is like a bright lemon pound cake (no, not like Flavorah Pound Cake, yuck). Not a strong lemon either, it is actually quite tame. This mixes very nicely with CAP Yellow Cake. Such a great cake flavor. Strong, 4% is quite enough as stand-alone.
