POUND CAKE-FLV
Awesome with any fruit flavors!

Only a 4 star because
I’m fairly new to mixing and love to mix cake flavors. This flavor mixed with fluffy white cake or Angel cake and even cake batter put a nice actual cake element. I mixed this with FLV cake batter and it made a nice creamy yellow type cake. I think this will always be in my Arsenal. I get no off notes or strange taste. I used at 2% with 1% cake batter and it was a very nice textured cake. I only rated it at 4 because I don’t have a comparison.

Not sure
I would never guess that this was supposed to be pound cake if I was tasting this blind. It is dense but it has some odd notes going on. Maybe a hit of some coconut and honestly a little bit of pencil shaving smell at 2%. Its good to use in mixes, but not anywhere near a good single flavor

Pretty dang close
Tastes about how a cake should taste. Mixes well with berries and other fruits. Half a % of sweetener will brighten it up.

pound cake with coconut
The coconut flavor is not there at 3% with 4 other flavors present in a mix.

Pound Cake
Awesome Cake with some coconut. But you can cover that coconut note.

NOT Straight pound cake
This is a coconut cake, none of the buttery taste that a good pound cake has. Pass
