I would put this stuff in just about anything. It's a spot on chewy cookie.

Bought this as an additive.
Used at 3% then lowered to 1.5%. Even at the lower percentage it mutes other flavors. I ll continue to play with it to see if i can find that sweet spot. Needs atleast 7 days to steep.

Eh, not as good as Cap's Sugar Cookie
This flavor is eh okay, more like about 3.75/5. Not a good stand-alone flavor. In mixes it's good at 3%. Once it goes to 4% it gets that bad pastry taste. This can be a good flavor if you know what you're doing.

Great - Spot on!
I add this to a few of my bakery recipes and it really works well with them. I have not mixed this on it's own yet but probably will soon.
