The best and most commonly used sweetener out there. Perfect for candy or fruits. Little bit of citric acid so not the best for most bakeries but you do absolutely need this sweetener!

I'm new to mixing my own juice and I was wonder why they lacked the UMPH that I experienced in juices that I'd purchased. Well ... I found that umph. After adding this to my mix and then going back and trying purchased juices I can recognize that a LOT of professional juices use this or something like it. Plus if you put a couple drops in a glass of water it gives it a nice sweet flavor. This juice will be getting a lot of play in my house.

Typically add 0.5 to every recipe of juice. I consider this an essential and u should order the largest size possible!
